What is required from you

• A minimum of 12 months of right to work
• Include any additional requirements in terms of experience, driving etc
• Available to work 40 hours per week

A day in the life of a Maintenance Person

• Responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements
• Assess and undertake repairs including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, repairing doors and windows
• If work cannot be completed internally, liaise with head office team to refer the repair to a contractor
• Ensure the care home is safe for all residents
• Ensure work is completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements
