Salary: £28,168 pa + bonus up to £1,408 pa

Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent you will:

  • Take our award-winning service to customers’ doors, ensuring vehicle availability.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including resolving rental queries, performing account administration, and overseeing daily vehicle movements.

Qualifications & Experience

Requirements:

  • Full UK or EU driving licence.
  • Customer service know‑how, strong administration skills and a calm, can‑do attitude.
  • No prior industry or vehicle rental administration experience required – induction training provided.
