We are looking for a People Coordinator to join the Maguro Group People team. If you are organised, people-focused, and want to build your HR career in a fast-growing, multi-brand hospitality and retail business – this could be the role for you.
The role
Reporting directly to our Group Head of People, you will provide hands‑on HR administration and coordination support across our portfolio of brands. From managing contracts and onboarding new starters to keeping our people systems accurate and supporting the recruitment process – no two days will look the same.
You will be the go‑to person for HR administration across a group that spans restaurants, K‑beauty retail, and nail and spa brands in London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Bristol. It is a broad, varied role that gives you real exposure to multi‑site, multi‑entity HR from day one.
What you will be doing
- Preparing and issuing contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
- Maintaining employee records across Talent Funnel and Nory
- Coordinating recruitment scheduling and candidate communication
- Supporting starters and leavers administration, including payroll liaison
- Producing HR reports and keeping systems up to date
- Acting as a first point of contact for general HR queries across the group
- Supporting People projects and policy work as the group continues to grow
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in HR administration or a people coordinator role
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Confident with HR systems and comfortable learning new tools
- Someone who is discreet, professional, and genuinely cares about people
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same
- CIPD Level 3 (working towards or completed) is a nice‑to‑have, not a must
