Job Details

  • Contract: Fixed Term 6 months
  • Hours: Part Time 21 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email and messaging platforms.
  • Handle customer enquiries, troubleshoot problems and resolve issues in a proactive manner.
  • Work well under pressure, manage own workload and maintain high organisational efficiency.
  • Deliver an outstanding service as part of a high performing customer services team.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage workload independently.
