Customer Service Representative

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Services Representative to join our Norwich based team.

Previous customer service experience would be beneficial, but is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn and develop.

The role will involve:

• Speaking with customers by phone and email
• Handling customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Supporting the wider team with administration
• Delivering an excellent customer experience
