Salary: £95 – £100 per day (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and proactive Psychology Graduate to join a vibrant Special Needs School in Salford. This long‑term opportunity begins in ASAP and offers the chance to make a genuine impact on the lives of children and young people with a range of learning difficulties.
Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
- Assisting in the delivery of personalised teaching, working with students individually or in small groups.
- Supporting pupils in sensory activities that promote engagement and development.
- Helping to prepare resources and materials that enhance learning experiences.
- Providing insightful feedback to teachers and parents about student progress and engagement.
- Working closely with pupils who have Autism, Severe Learning difficulties, and other complex needs, fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth.
