Blueprint Subsea is continuing to grow, and we are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join our team. If you have demonstrable practical skills, an enquiring mind and a desire to learn and develop then we want to hear from you. Some experience in electro-mechanical or manufacturing assembly would be a bonus but is not essential.

As an essential, the successful candidate should…
- Be highly motivated to work within a small team.
- Be highly dexterous with good hand-eye coordination.
- Be able to follow detailed assembly procedures to consistently meet quality standards.
- Be capable of working independently with good resource and time management skills.
- Be able to use initiative to prioritise and work efficiently.
Desirably, the candidate may….
- Have soldering and assembly skills.
- Have experience of working with a range of hand tools.
- Have previously worked within a production engineering environment.
Key responsibilities
- A range of assembly tasks, both electronic and mechanical.
- Hand soldering of electronic components.
- Assembly of wiring looms and connectors.
- Test procedures and verification activities.
- Commitment to providing high quality products for our customers.
