Overview

Support Worker – Patcham – £13.42per hour (typical shifts: 7:30am – 10pm / 3pm – 10pm / 10:30pm – 7:30am).

Responsibilities

You will support individuals in Patcham to gain independence in daily living, teach new life skills, assist with personal care, encourage participation in local communities, socialise and engage in activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Resilience, flexibility and composure in approach
• Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
• Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs
• Good communication skills and genuine caring attitude
