Maintenance Technician (FT/Evening) in Chesterfield

Job Title

Full‑Time Maintenance Technician – Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield.

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Environmental Services with fire and building inspections, preventive maintenance duties, painting, drywall repair, and light electrical and plumbing systems. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.

Shift Availability

• Full‑Time Evening shift (10:30 am – 7:00 pm)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in maintenance, painting, drywall repair, or light electrical and plumbing work.
