The first of its kind in Northern Ireland, the centre has been purpose-built for autistic people and their families. At its core is day provision for autistic adults who need high levels of support.
About the Role
We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating)
- Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts)
What We’re Looking For
- Inspire others with a positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable people
- Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential
- Personal experience or a passion for helping others is welcome
As you are a bank worker, you will be able to pick and choose the shifts that you work, and services have a mixture of hours that can include evenings and weekends.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred.
