Holiday Inn Runcorn is searching for a friendly and reliable Nights Guest Service Assistant to ensure safe and memorable guest experiences throughout the night. Reporting to the Nights Guest Service Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming late arrivals, providing drinks and food service, and supporting the night audit process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a calm demeanor during night shifts.
