We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering East London and surrounding areas.
Key Details
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Location: East London
- Salary: London – £37,854 – £52,051 per annum (National – £34,869 – £47,945 per annum)
Responsibilities
- Pre/post‑inspection and reporting for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs.
- Consulting and engaging with customers, leaseholders, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to meet cost, time, and quality standards.
- Undertake building and technical surveys to determine building condition, identify defects and associated risks.
- Carry out major void inspections and ensure work is completed in line with KPIs.
- Make recommendations based on survey findings.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
- Member of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship.
- Ability to travel across the region as required.
- Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
