We are looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to provide support for two siblings with additional needs in a supported living setting. This role involves assisting with daily living, promoting independence, and providing compassionate person-centred care.

Role Details

• Position: Support Worker
• Location: Supported Living Service
• Shifts: Days and Nights available
• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Hours: Flexible / Full-time / Part-time available

Responsibilities

• Supporting with daily routines and personal care
• Encouraging independence and social activities
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
• Keeping accurate care records and following care plans

Requirements

• Caring, patient, and dependable nature
• Previous care or support work experience preferred but not essential
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK
