Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Community Care Assistant to provide compassionate support to senior citizens in the Aylesbury Vale and North East Oxfordshire areas. The role involves companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities. Responsibilities
- Provide personal attention and companionship to clients.
- Assist with day‑to‑day tasks and activities.
- Help manage client diets, including food preparation and monitoring.
- Support clients with appointments and transportation.
- Encourage clients to live independently in their own homes.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a hospital, assisted living facility, or domiciliary setting.
Must be a UK resident and on sponsorship. Own car and driver’s licence are preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to improve client lives are essential.
