Handyman/Maintenance job in the UK with visa sponsorship available. Competitive salary depending on experience. The day‑to‑day work of a maintenance person can vary greatly, from painting a wall one day to fixing a central heating system the next. Driving to other satellite accommodations across Manchester for repairs may be required.

Your Normal Duties Include

• Changing light bulbs and ensuring fixtures and fittings are in excellent working order.
• Rewiring, changing fuses, junction boxes, etc.
• Small plumbing and carpentry.
• Cleaning general areas and old service user rooms.
• Moving furniture or equipment.
• Putting together furniture or equipment.
• Garden/landscape installation and maintenance.
• Footpath upkeep.
• Painting and decorating.
• Cleaning and clearing rooms.
• Property exterior maintenance during the seasons.
• Maintaining property inside over the different seasons.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence.
• 1 year mandatory experience in maintenance.
• Employer reference and/or character reference.
• Ready for full‑time, permanent role Monday through Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
