Seal Technician – Service and Installation
Filta Group LTD – Covering the Doncaster and surrounding areas – £26-30K DOE plus overtime & bonus scheme – 40 hours per week (some split shift/rota availability required).

The Filta Group Ltd is now seeking seal technicians to be agile and mobile employees providing services within a number of locations. Responsibilities
- Measure, make and fit seals around commercial fridges and freezers across a variety of environments and sectors.
- Use hand‑held deployment devices and keep job‑logging software up to date through various portals.
- Maintain a personal schedule and work independently for long periods while providing regular check‑ins to headquarters/service desk.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Adopt a flexible working pattern with occasional overnight stays upon advance notice, covering the South West and South Wales regions as required.
Qualifications
- Experience within commercial refrigeration desired but not essential.
- Engineering or similar experience working on site and with customers.
- Willingness to travel around the central Scotland area.
- Proficient customer service skills and a professional approach.
- Experience with agile working environments.
- Willingness to work some unsociable hours.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Proficiency in using measuring equipment with a keen eye for detail.
