Summary

Operations Assistant at M&S back‑office. A physically demanding, high‑intensity role keeps stores running like clockwork. You’ll handle stock, deliveries, and other essential behind‑the‑scenes tasks to keep the shop floor fully stocked, clean, and ready for customers.

Work Pattern

• Sunday: 04:45–10:00
• Wednesday: 03:45–12:00
• Saturday: 03:45–12:00

Eligibility

Under 18 disclaimer: This role requires operating mechanical equipment and working early mornings; therefore we cannot accept applications from anyone under the age of 18.

Benefits

Unsocial premium of +£3.00 per hour is added for any hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock and deliveries to keep the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers.
• Track deliveries and manage stock efficiently using digital tools.
• Work across the wider store, supporting other functions and maintaining a high pace of operations.
• Keep products moving with urgency and accuracy, staying fast and focused.
• Adapt quickly to keep things moving from early deliveries to late‑day stock shifts.

• Digitally confident to use tools for inventory tracking.
• Strong team player, working with colleagues across the store.
• Fast, focused, and able to keep operations running efficiently.
