Community Nurse – Lyme Regis Locum (Dorset)

Dream Medical is working with a Community Healthcare NHS Trust to secure a Community Nurse for locum shifts in Lyme Regis. The role involves providing nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, phlebotomy, B12 injections, BPM monitoring, spirometry, diabetes management and asthma reviews.
- Previous District Nursing experience required.
- Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year.
- Up-to-date with mandatory training, NMC registration & PIN.
- Patient, friendly, reliable with excellent communication skills.
- Full driving licence and own vehicle (travel between patients’ homes).
- Current medical and statutory updates in place.
