- Coordinating the day-to-day running of our Day Centre
- Planning and delivering structured, person-centred activities that promote life skills, independence, and wellbeing
- Supporting clients to achieve individual outcomes from their care and support plans
- Collaborating with families, carers, social workers, and therapists
- Providing leadership and guidance to support workers and volunteers
- Deputising for the Day Centre Manager as required
