About the role
We’re looking for kind, dedicated, and compassionate Support Workers to join our team at Jubilee Lane in Loughor, Swansea – a welcoming bungalow that houses three incredible young women aged between 20s and 40s.
Support is provided on a 2:1 basis, including all aspects of personal care, PEG and JEJ feeding, suctioning, and moving & handling using ceiling track hoists. You’ll never work alone, and full training will be provided.
Shifts include 8am – 8:30pm, alternate weekends. A full UK driver licence is essential.

You don’t need previous experience – what matters most is an attitude that is patient, positive, kind, and genuinely motivated to help others live well. You’ll be someone who values dignity, choice, and inclusion, bringing calmness, resilience, and creativity to your work.
