Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers, creating a professional and approachable environment.
- Providing tailored advice on mobile plans, handsets, broadband, and accessories based on customer needs.
- Managing day‑to‑day operations to achieve commercial targets and deliver outstanding service.
- Coaching and motivating team members to hit KPIs, build product knowledge, and increase confidence in selling.
- Overseeing the sales floor, supporting staff, resolving queries, and driving performance.
- Maintaining stock levels, processing deliveries, and merchandising products in line with brand standards.
- Handling transactions, returns, and escalated customer issues with care.
- Ensuring store presentation, compliance, and cleanliness meet standards.
- Reporting on sales figures, identifying improvement areas, and implementing plans to increase results.
- Providing insight to area managers and the franchise group to influence promotions, training, and operational improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a telecoms, tech, or customer‑focused retail/sales environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of coaching and motivating teams to exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, target‑driven settings with a track record of delivering results.
- Hands‑on, proactive approach with the ability to operate on the shop floor and analyse performance data.
- Passion for technology and telecoms, staying current with the latest products, plans, and market trends.
