Logistics Assistant (2.6K to 3.2K, Jurong)

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Support daily store operations
• Perform inventory management for A5 mini store, including restocking shelves and organizing products in designated locations
• Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient inventory to meet operational needs
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies (weekly)
• Support receiving, checking, and preparing parts for workshop usage
• Track and record daily delivery activities, including trips and pallet movements

Parts Sales Operations

• Handle daily receiving, unloading/loading, checking, and unpacking of parts
• Perform parts checking and report any discrepancies
• Carry out picking and packing activities for shipments and deliveries

Administrative & Team Support

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Parts Department as needed
• Coordinate with Penjuru warehouse to resolve stock discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to support overall sales and operational goals

Consignment Inventory

• Support immediate supervisor implementation of Consignment Inventory
• Ensure accountability of consignment goods and co-ordinator with consignor on regular inventory top up
