We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our sales & admin team. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about quotes and purchase orders. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.
The Role:
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Help solve customer requests via email or over the phone
- Process orders, ensuring payments are correct
- Provide quotations for customers
- Issue invoices
- Communicate with other departments to ensure pricing is correct
- Assess and understand service reports, reporting faults.
- Ad hoc duties as required
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Customer Service Advisor
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication but can also work on own initiative.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail
- Excellent and accurate task management is important to manage the diverse list of jobs
- IT skills – excellent written communication and software skills
