Key Responsibilities
- Assist the procurement team in sourcing mechanical and electrical materials and services
- Obtain and compare quotes from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update supplier databases
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to understand purchasing requirements
- Support the negotiation process with suppliers under supervision
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and follow up on outstanding orders
Requirements
- Some experience or interest in procurement, preferably within the mechanical and electrical (M&E) industry
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and develop procurement skills
