Autism Specialist Learning Support – Secondary

New Directions Holdings Limited is seeking a Learning Support Assistant, Autism Specialist, based in Northfield, Birmingham. This role involves providing support to young people aged 11 to 16 years with a lead diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). Candidates must have experience supporting autistic individuals, and strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Work will be on a casual basis, with 2 to 5 days a week involved, following individual education plans and behaviour management policies.
