What You’ll Do
As a Facilities & Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the building and grounds are secure, well‑maintained, and compliant with Health & Safety standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and environmental standards
- Managing security systems to ensure they function properly
- Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and improvement works across the premises and grounds
- Coordinating and overseeing contractors for larger or specialist maintenance works
- Managing relationships with tenants in the building
- Conducting Health & Safety audits
- Performing general yard duties
What We’re Looking For
- Good practical maintenance or facilities experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi‑task effectively
- A proactive and problem‑solving mindset
- Good communication skills and fluent written and spoken English
