Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualised care to children.
• Support the emotional and developmental needs of each child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a nurturing home environment.
• Sleep in and wake during nights.
• Assist children with their personal care.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications.
• A strong commitment to the rights and well‑being of children.
• Ability to work in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.
• Availability to work 40 hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
