The Role
Working as part of a small team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a varied position combining front-of-house responsibilities with administrative and organisational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients, providing a professional first impression
- Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a well-run environment
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, and appointments
- Booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and itineraries
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
The Ideal Candidate
- Some previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator role
- Confident, professional, and well-presented
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A proactive and flexible approach
