Location: London
Job Description:

Our client, an award-winning wealth management partnership, is looking for a highly organised and resilient Team Assistant to support their busy Family Office on a hybrid four days in-office, one day work-from-home basis.

This is a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly, so the ideal candidate will be someone who thrives under pressure, manages their time effectively, and consistently delivers to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar support role, ideally within financial services, and will be comfortable working with multiple individuals and banks. Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals and demanding clients will be a distinct advantage.

You will be a collaborative team player who can maintain professionalism and discretion and handle sensitive information with care at all times. A proactive problem-solver by nature, you will take ownership of tasks from start to finish, adapt readily to change, and support colleagues and senior management alike.

Education to A-level or equivalent is required.

Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Based: Hybrid (option 1-day WFH)

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including drafting and proofreading correspondence, diary management, and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintaining accurate client records, both electronically and in hard copy, and preparing paperwork for client meetings and business submissions.
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries, liaising across departments, including investment and operational teams.
  • Assisting with event planning and organising both internal and client-related events.
  • Ensuring compliance with client service requirements and supporting team members with ad-hoc tasks as required.
