We are currently recruiting for a Reservations and Customer Service Associate to join our office in Oxford. Our focus is on delivering a high quality service – from the moment our clients make an enquiry to the moment they return home from their holiday.
Responsibilities
- Handling sales enquiries by telephone.
- Dealing with customer service matters, and ensuring prompt aftercare.
- Reservations administration.
- Processing bookings from travel agents.
- Maintaining relationships with key trade partners.
Requirements
- Have a good telephone manner.
- Be willing to share a love of travel in a customer‑facing role.
- Have the ability to multi‑task.
- Lead by example and be able to work under own initiative.
