Job Description
We have a vacancy for a dedicated Maintenance Person to immediately join our existing maintenance team at Kilwee Care Home, Dunmurry. The successful person will be responsible for day‑to‑day maintenance of the home, weekly health and safety checks and general DIY around the building. A trade skill such as joinery, plumbing or electrical is a preference. Extensive experience with daily maintenance and DIY is essential. The candidate must enjoy decorating and day‑to‑day maintenance of buildings, have their own transport and tools, and be a good communicator, team player, flexible and a reliable time‑keeper.
