About The Role

We are looking to appoint a skilled individual to join our team at Evenlode. We are looking for someone is caring, enthusiastic and will enjoy working as part of a dedicated and professional team. We are seeking candidates who are confident and experienced in supporting children with their learning, under the guidance of the teacher.

Responsibilities

• Have experience working with children in a primary school setting
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be able to form positive and effective relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external professionals
• Possess strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Be flexible and willing to work across the full primary age range, depending on school needs
• DBS Check: Enhanced & Barred Both
• EWS Registration: Yes

• To be a good communicator
• To have a nurturing approach when working with children
• To be an effective team player
