Overview

Advanced Support Worker in Children & Young People’s Learning Disability & Mental Health Services (LDCAMHS) – 1‑year fixed‑term position, with flexible base in Crewe or Macclesfield.

Responsibilities

• Support Learning Disability Nurses in the assessment process and implementation of Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
• Carry out observations as part of the assessment process.
• Help maintain resources within the team.
• Provide clinical and clerical support as part of a multidisciplinary service.
• Use information and computer technology skills to support service delivery.

Qualifications

• Information and computer technology skills.
• Experience working with children and young people with severe learning disabilities.
