Complex Care Practitioner: Empower Independence & Change Lives

Cornerstone Community Care in Dumbarton is seeking Complex Care Practitioners to provide essential support to adults with varying complex needs. This role offers flexibility, with hours ranging from 16 to 39 per week, including opportunities for relief work.

You will work within an empowering team to help individuals maintain independence and participate in community activities. The position requires prior experience in health and social care, and a commitment to achieving an SVQ is supported by ongoing training.
