About You
Ideally, you may have experience working within care settings and supporting adults with similar needs. You may already hold formal qualifications in the care sector and want to progress your career. Or you may be completely new and would like to start a career in the social care sector.
The main thing we need to see from you is that you are a kind and caring individual, with strong ethical values that demonstrate an ability to support someone through the good times and the bad. Working in care can be tough, but the reward is huge.
