This role ensures accurate stock control, safe working practices, and a high standard of service delivery while contributing to operational performance and continuous improvement.Your responsibilities in this role include:Support the day-to-day operation of the stores function, ensuring efficiency and accuracyMaintain stock levels, monitor usage, and support vending activity managementEnsure all warehouse activities are carried out in line with company Health & Safety proceduresMaintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the warehouseenvironmentFollow all company procedures, processes, and compliance requirementsSupport internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and processes are audit readyProactively identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesInvestigate and resolve customer queries or concerns in a timely and professional mannerEnsure warehouse security and maintain appropriate access controlsWork collaboratively as part of the wider team to achieve operational targets and objectivesApply if you have most of the following;Experience working in a manufacturing, assembly, or vehicle build environment.Practical experience within a goods inward or stores background.Experience working within a regulated or quality-controlled production environment – desirable.Technical skills/qualifications:Experience handling and managing stock within a stores or warehouse environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamBasic IT skills with good numerical abilityForklift licence (Desirable)Certification in Dangerous Goods handling Desirable)Additional local needs:Full time working onsite would be requiredSuccessful candidate would be required to complete a BPSS checkThe benefits for this role are:Opportunity to develop experience within a structured logistics and stores environmentExposure to warehouse operations within a regulated industryInvolvement in continuous improvement initiativesCareer progression into senior logistics or supervisory rolesMarshall Land Systems is a Canadian-owned global company with an unrivalled pedigree of British engineering excellence.
