Job Title: Higher Level Learning Support Worker

Salary: £19,948 – £21,261 per annum
Overview
A welcoming secondary school in Bristol is looking for a Higher Level Learning Support Worker to join the well‑established SEND department. The role is full‑time, 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 additional days on a fixed‑term contract until 31/08/2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students with SEND across the school, delivering targeted interventions.
- Provide classroom support, working independently and as part of the wider faculty team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience supporting children and young people with SEND.
- Training in autism.
- Team Teach training is desirable.
- HLTA qualification is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students.
