Fleet Coordinator
We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join the team of an established company in the Watford area. This role offers a temporary position with the opportunity to work within a busy and fast‑paced office environment.

- £18ph paid weekly via umbrella
Responsibilities
- Maintain an inventory of company vehicles, including maintenance schedules, usage records, and vehicle condition.
- Schedule and oversee regular vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle performance across the fleet.
- Ensure compliance with insurance, registration, and local vehicle regulations.
- Coordinate vehicle assignments based on operational and employee requirements.
- Develop and maintain scheduling systems to maximise fleet utilisation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support transportation and operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service history.
- Produce reports on fleet utilisation, expenses, and performance metrics.
- Analyse fleet data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Liaise with external suppliers, vendors, and service providers regarding maintenance and repairs.
- Review supplier agreements and support cost‑effective vendor management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a Fleet Coordinator, Fleet Administrator, Transport Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience managing records, reporting, and scheduling systems.
- Good understanding of fleet compliance and vehicle maintenance processes.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems.
- Ability to work independently within a fast‑paced office environment.
