As a customer complaints advisor for the globally recognised luxury car brand BMW, you have the opportunity to support our client and provide a crucial service to their operation.

What We’re Looking For

In This Role You Will

  • Support and manage customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Investigate and resolve complaints, taking ownership of the customer’s concern and becoming their primary contact
  • Liaise professionally with retailers and internal departments to support quick complaint resolution
  • Become a brand ambassador – you’ll be an expert in our client’s brand and develop customer relationships that focus on retention and trust

To Apply For This Role, You Will Need

  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ideally within a contact centre or complaints‑handling environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Competence in English and Mathematics: A minimum standard of proficiency in English and maths, equivalent to at least a basic secondary education level (e.g. GCSE Grade 4 (C) or equivalent). This includes the ability to communicate effectively in written & spoken English and to demonstrate basic numeracy skills
  • Expert objection handling, negotiation and interpersonal skills
