Location: Near Kidderminster
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour
Contract: 12-week temp to perm
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly, office-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term employment within a stable business, with full training provided.
Role responsibilities
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Using computer systems to manage information and day-to-day tasks
- Supporting the wider team in a fast-paced office environment
Ideal candidate qualifications
- Be a confident and friendly people person
- Have good computer skills
- Demonstrate a professional and polite telephone manner
- Be willing to learn and develop
- Be flexible and able to cope well under pressure
- Be looking for a long-term role
- Live locally to Kidderminster, Stourport or Bewdley
- Have their own transport (advantageous, due to out-of-town location)
Desirable skills
- Knowledge or experience within transport or logistics

- All candidates must be happy with a 12-week temp-to-perm arrangement
