Children’s Support Worker (Full Training)
North Somerset (Commutable from: Weston Super Mare, Nailsea, Clevedon, Worle, Portishead, Pill, Bristol, Winscombe, Burnham-on-Sea)
Pay: £13.50 per hour, mileage allowance: 45p per mile. Hours available: full-time or part-time. Driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
Are you passionate about supporting and caring for children with learning disabilities, and looking for local, stable work up to 30+ hours a week? This is an exciting opportunity to receive full training in this specialist field. You will receive training on how to deliver basic care and work with our learning disabilities trainer to gain valuable understanding and insight into the needs of the children that we support.
A typical weekend shift will start anywhere from 8am and could finish anywhere from 1pm to 4pm, depending on each individual’s support plan.
You may support children in their homes or take them into the community for fun and engaging activities. Access to our activity centre based in Weston-super-Mare is also available.

Qualifications
- Looking for full training to become a Children’s Community Support Worker.
- Must have a full UK Driving Licence with access to your vehicle.
