Position

Banijay UK are looking for Casting Researchers for a new reality series.

Location and Duration

Base: Manchester or London – specify your location. Duration: 29th June 2026 until early November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable talent for reality, dating and entertainment shows.
• Coordinate and conduct auditions and assessments at scale.
• Collaborate with production teams and streaming partners to secure casting decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience casting at scale on reality, dating or entertainment shows.
• Experience working with major streamers is an advantage.
