Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Trainee located in Chorley, Lancashire. Working as part of a small and friendly team, the role will encompass all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the business including:
- Answering customer enquiries by phone, email and in-person
- Picking and processing sales orders
- Basic warehouse tasks
Marketing Tasks
- Keeping the company website up to date with product data
- Designing and distributing marketing campaigns
- Maintaining a consistent brand image across all forms of marketing
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Customer Service to provide exceptional support and enhance client relationships
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to assist in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and prioritize tasks
- Basic proficiency in using relevant office software and tools
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Previous experience in the engineering or tools industry is a plus
