We are a small, fast-moving team looking for someone organised, reliable and creative to support us with office admin, day-to-day tasks and social media content creation.
The Role
We are looking for an Office & Social Media Content Assistant to help with general admin, office support, e-commerce tasks and content creation for Instagram, TikTok and other social channels. This role is best suited to someone who is practical and organised, but also has a good eye for content, trend, video and social media.
This is not a pure creative role. You will be helping with everyday office tasks as well as creating content.
Main Responsibilities
- Assisting with general office admin and day-to-day tasks
- Helping organise products, samples, files and creative assets
- Supporting the team with customer enquiries, sales admin and general business tasks
- Helping prepare parcels, samples and materials for appointments or events
- Supporting the marketing team
- Creating social media contents and newsletters
- Taking product photos and helping keep our visual content organised
- Editing videos and social media content
- Helping plan and schedule social media posts
- Supporting photoshoots, campaign launches
- Bringing new ideas for social content that feels fresh, premium and on-brand
Skills We Are Looking For
- Organised, reliable and good eye with detail
- Comfortable with admin and practical office tasks at a busy environment
- Good eye for aesthetics, video and social media content
- Confident with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Shopify or e-commerce experience is a bonus
- Interest in fashion, eyewear, luxury, branding or design
- Positive attitude and willingness to help across different areas of the business
Ideal Personality
- You are organised, practical and creative.
- You enjoy making content, but you are also happy to help with admin, office tasks, samples and general support.
- You do not need to be an expert, but you must be willing to learn, take initiative and help the team wherever needed.
- This role would suit someone early in their career who wants hands‑on experience inside a growing fashion and eyewear business.
