Are you an organised events professional with a passion for delivering high quality webinar programmes? We’re looking for an Events Coordinator to take ownership of a flagship annual webinar series and support selected in-person and hybrid events.
Working within an experienced events team, you’ll manage webinars end to end from planning and set-up to live delivery and post-event reporting ensuring a consistently excellent experience for speakers, sponsors and attendees worldwide. You will also support the wider team on with the delivery of global in-person events.
What you’ll do:
Manage and deliver an annual webinar programmeSupport they delivery of UK and Global in-person events programmeBuild and manage events using Cvent and ZoomCreate event plans, timelines and budgetsCoordinate speakers, sponsors, suppliers and internal teamsSupport marketing activity and report on event performance
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in an events coordination roleStrong virtual and webinar delivery experienceConfident use of Cvent or similar event platformsExcellent organisation, communication and attention to detailAbility to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
