Step into an extraordinary clinical role that combines premium healthcare with elite maritime travel. Medical Staff Talent is seeking an exceptional, Western-trained nursing professional to deliver continuous, one-on-one concierge care to an 80-year-old VIP client.

This permanent position is based aboard a magnificent private vessel navigating the most exclusive coastal destinations in Europe, including Monaco, Greece, Ibiza, the Côte d’Azur, Mallorca, Marbella, and the Algarve.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day medical coordination, execute precise medication management, and closely track chronic conditions.

You will operate within a collaborative, elite framework, sharing responsibilities through a supportive double-nurse shift system to ensure the patient always has top-tier coverage.

The medical team is led by a Western-trained Chief Physician and supported by expert Western-trained Physiotherapists, offering an unparalleled environment of professional excellence at sea.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (4-year BSN degree) from a fully accredited Western institution.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of recent, continuous experience within acute hospital environments (such as ICU, ER, or critical care units).
  • Linguistic Skills: Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • Flexibility: Absolute readiness and availability for global travel and extended periods at sea.
  • Compensation: £60,000 GBP per annum, completely tax-free.
  • Lodging: Complimentary private accommodation provided on board.
  • Time Off: 30 days of fully paid annual leave.
