Join us, and you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll discover a rewarding career with room to grow, a team that supports you, and **a workplace where your individuality is not only welcomed, but celebrated!****Location: SPECIALIZED NOTTINGHAM, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE.**Full-time, 40 hours per week**Job Summary**An integral position within the Specialized UK Retail Team; the Workshop Technician must excel at delivering service, working to timeframes, empathising with the riders needs and committed to deliver above targets for the workshop and store team.**What you’ll be doing day-to-day:*** Serving customers in-store, by phone and other digital communication tools* Building and checking bikes for display and prior to rider handover* Checking in riders’ bikes and repairing as per the job expectation* Processing warranty work, deliveries and stock transfers* Completing stock checks and accurately recording anomalies* General cleaning and maintenance of equipment* Professional and friendly conduct at all times* Completing any reasonable request made by leadership**What you’ll need to win:*** Technically excellent with all manner of product* Sound diagnostic capability* Sound product knowledge and the drive to learn continuously* Empathy for riders in order to best deliver exceptional customer service* Shop Floor, selling experience* Numeracy and literacy skills* Clear and effective communicator and diagnostics* I.T. skills in order to operate in store systemsYou will be part of the Store team, which means you will support on the shop floor with sales, delivering a premium service.**Reporting to:*** Workshop Manager**We have a competitive benefits package which includes;*** Bike Loan Scheme* Bike & Apparel Purchase Policy* Discounted Sport Brand Purchases* Employee Assistance Programme, including your immediate family* Enhanced Annual Leave* Enhanced Absence Policy* Annual Merit Review* Company Events#J-18808-Ljbffr…
