• Night Shifts Monday – Friday: 21:00 – 23:30 starts

The role

Driver Resource are recruiting Class 1 Drivers (HGV/LGV) for an ongoing basis on the Costco contract at Crick, Northamptonshire. Drivers will complete 1–2 trunk deliveries per day to Costco stores, with a possible collection from a supplier on the return journey.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods to and from Costco stores and suppliers.
• Assist with loading only at a client’s customer site; otherwise, customer will load the vehicle.
• Operate for an average of 10–12 hours per day, with a minimum of 8 hours. Weekday shifts may be longer during busy periods; weekend shifts can be shorter.
• Maintain a 7‑day, 52‑week year operation.
• Use the agency system for shift confirmation and scheduling.
• Meet the bonus recognition scheme criteria for drivers who remain employed for 12 months and meet all qualifying criteria.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Class 1 Driving Licence.
• Driver Qualification Card (CPC).
• No more than 6 points on the licence.
• Minimum of 15 shifts in a calendar month.
• Zero no‑shows, zero tachograph infringements, zero avoidable accidents or injuries, and zero camera activations for late response, following time < 4 seconds, curb hitting, red light violations, smoking, speeding, or seatbelt non‑compliance.
• Individuals under 21, with more than 6 points, or with DR/IN conviction codes are not eligible.

Benefits

Yearly driver bonus recognition scheme paid annually at Christmas. Drivers who complete one year of service and remain employed in December meet the criteria to receive £600 in high street vouchers.
