We are currently working with several schools across the York area who are keen to welcome Early Career Teachers into their teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience within supportive school environments.
The role will involve delivering engaging lessons, building positive relationships with pupils, and supporting both their academic and personal development.
What we’re looking for:• Qualified Teacher Status or currently completing teacher training• Passion for education and supporting young people• Strong classroom management and communication skills• A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude• ECTs across all subject specialisms are encouraged to apply
