Job Overview
Rhinefield House Hotel & Spa is a luxury hotel located in the New Forest. We are seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to manage a designated kitchen section and support the delivery of an outstanding culinary experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard, ensuring quality, care and seasonal flair.
- Manage your section efficiently during service, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Ensure mise en place is completed to the highest level.
- Support junior team members and monitor stock within your section.
- Assist with menu preparation across the hotel, including private dining and special events.
- Help to ensure every dish enhances the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a quality hotel or restaurant environment.
- Good understanding of running a section and maintaining high culinary standards.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a genuine passion for food, learning, and development.
- Willingness to work a full‑time role of 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis.
